CSI NCR Conference 2018 – Sponsorship Levels

We have several ways you can support the conference.  Detailed on the following pages, you’ll find sponsorship opportunities and trade show registration details. As you review the different levels of sponsorship, note that many of the sponsorship levels include a table at the trade show. The higher level of support, the more your company’s name will appear throughout the conference.  We hope you consider supporting this regional Duluth event!

Chinook Sponsorship:      $6,000      (Limit 1 Sponsor – SPONSORSHIP FILLED)

• Recognition as the Chinook level sponsor in conference program, on website, conference flyer(s), and CSI Twin Ports Newsletter

• Exclusive sponsorship of the Friday Awards Banquet (table top signage, verbal recognition, and speaker featured at event)

• Prominent company logo projected onto display at each event including Trade Show

• 2 Conference registrations (includes tickets for: Thursday Reception, Awards Banquet, all meals)

• Standard display Space at the Friday Trade Show

• Logo exclusively printed on first conference giveaway

Muskie Sponsorship:        $3,000         (Limit 1 Sponsor - SPONSORSHIP FILLED)

• Recognition as the Muskie level sponsor in conference program, on website, conference flyer(s), and CSI Twin Ports Newsletter

• Exclusive sponsorship of Thursday reception or Friday breakfast (table top signage and verbal recognition at event)

• Prominent company logo projected onto display at sponsored event and Trade Show

• 2 Conference registrations (includes tickets for: Thursday Reception, Awards Banquet, all meals)

• Standard display Space at the Friday Trade Show

• Shared space for company logo on second conference giveaway

Walleye Sponsorship:       $2,000      (Limit 4 Sponsors - SPONSORSHIP FILLED)

• Recognition as the Walleye level sponsor in conference program, on website, and conference flyer(s)

• Co-sponsorship of Saturday breakfast or lunch (table top signage at event)

• 2 Conference registrations (includes tickets for: Thursday Reception, Awards Banquet, all meals)

• Standard display Space at the Friday Trade Show

• Shared space for company logo on third conference giveaway

Shiner Sponsorship:         $1,000         (Limit 4 Sponsors - SPONSORSHIP FILLED)

• Recognition as the Shiner level sponsor in conference program and on website

• 1 Conference registration (includes tickets for: Thursday Reception, Awards Banquet, all meals)

• Standard display Space at the Friday Trade Show

• Shared space for company logo on third conference giveaway

Smelt Sponsorship:             $700       (Limit 25 - more may be available if all sponsorships sold)

• Organization listed in conference program and on website

• 1 meal ticket for Friday Awards Banquet

• Standard display Space at the Friday Trade Show

Trade Show Table Only:    $500        (Larger 10’ floor space – $600)
